Ingredients for Souffle
1 package (80 grams) dark chocolate
50 grams of margarine or butter
2 eggs
Half a glass of granulated sugar
Half a glass of flour
1 packet of vanilla

How to Make Souffle Recipe
Definitely first priority, our oven opens at 220 degrees and the oven gets hot.
The containers in which we will cook our souffle are lubricated with margarine.
Take the eggs and sugar in a bowl and whisk well. Let’s continue until this mixture takes the consistency of boza.

Let’s put our 50 grams of margarine and chocolate in the pan and melt them together. Let’s be careful not to burn too much chocolate here.
Let’s pour half a glass of flour slowly on the melted chocolate on this stove and mix.
After frying for about 2-3 minutes, take it off the stove and add it slowly to the egg mixture.
Here, instead of a mixer, let’s feed the 2 mixtures to each other with a whisk.
Add 1 packet of vanilla last and whisk it a little. Let’s put them in containers one by one. But let’s share the containers so that they are 75% – 80% full.
Let’s cook in our heated oven for exactly 8 minutes (it can be 7 or 9-10 minutes depending on demand). Baking more will make it like a cake.
After 8 minutes, you can take it out of the oven and decorate it with powdered sugar on the hot hot.
